Impress your guests by having our Char-istas as a part of your wedding, corporate lunch, block party, or even Stampede Breakfast.


Setting up our signature burning station at your event, our team is prepared to dazzle and blaze up the goodness.


Select flavours from our extensive menu or work with Chef Jesse to create your own custom flavour.


Jars can even be personalized to fit your special event. This option adds that extra final touch for occasions like weddings, birthday, or debutante balls.


We can happily accommodate any dietary restriction; we even have amazing vegan options.

Costs vary depending on complexity and number of flavors chosen and dietary restrictions. Clients will be provided with complete quote after initial meeting.

A good estimate is between $7 and $9 per guest. This includes cost of crème brûlée, set up of display, 2 hours burning services by our talented charistas and tear down of the space. If your event is outside Calgary, travel expenses will be charged in addition to above costs, the details will be provided in quote.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable retainer of $100 is due at time of booking; this is to reserve your date in our calendar. This deposit is applied fully toward your final balance.

All final details including flavors, dietary restrictions, display design and payment in full are due 4 weeks prior to event.

We accept cheque and e-transfer. Credit card payment available at an additional 2.75%

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes the unexpected can happen and we try to work with our customers in these situations.

If a cancellation occurs within the 30 days prior to the event date, Burnt To Order reserves the right to retain the full amount of the cost. However, these situations will be addressed on a case by case basis.
